For the last three months, my ZTE H288A has been a source of constant headaches. I’m not a networking expert, but I know when my Zoom calls freeze every 20 minutes. The "fixed" firmware saves the ZTE H288A from the trash heap. It went from being the most unstable part of my home network to the most boring (in a good way). If your ISP sent you this router, do yourself a favor and make sure it's updated. It actually works now.
