Whether you watch it in English or Hindi, Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) needs no translation. His physical comedy and facial expressions carry the movie. The Hindi dubbing does a great job of capturing the awkwardness of the character. The voice actor chosen for Johnny English sounds sophisticated yet hilariously confused, which adds a unique flavor to the experience.
The film catches up with Johnny English years after a disastrous mission in Mozambique. He has been living in a Tibetan monastery, learning martial arts and humility (sort of). He is called back to MI7 by the British Prime Minister to uncover a plot to assassinate the Chinese Premier. With old skills fading and new gadgets failing, English must stop a group of assassins known as "Vortex."
There is a specific scene where English is chasing an assassin while swinging from a wire harness. It is one of the funniest action sequences in spy movie history. Even if you don't watch the whole movie, look up this clip—it works in any language.
