As the fog swirled, a figure began to take shape. It was a woman, tall and imposing, with skin as white as mist and hair that flowed like the fog itself.
One drizzly evening, as the fog rolled in like a living entity, a young adventurer named Eli stumbled upon Sassie's. Eli was on a quest to find the fabled "Echo of the Past," a mysterious artifact rumored to reveal hidden truths to its possessor. The whispers of its existence had led him to Fogbank, and by extension, to Sassie's.
Eli approached the pond, and as he did, the reflection began to take form. It was an ancient, ornate mirror, which rose from the water and hovered in the air before him.
