This show has one of the most memorable villains in Indian TV history. Shaurya, played by Vatsal Sheth, is a rich, spoilt sociopath. He isn't just "evil" for the sake of it; the writing portrays him as a product of his toxic upbringing and immense privilege. The show stuck to its genre: thriller. It didn't derail into kitchen politics or daily family soap drama. The pacing was tight (for the most part), and every episode moved the plot forward.
