When missile technology is used to enhance toy action figures, the results are far more dangerous than anyone anticipated. The Commando Elite, a group of militaristic action figures led by the ruthless Major Chip Hazard, are programmed with military microprocessors that make them capable of learning and adapting. Conversely, their rivals, the peaceful Gorgonites, are programmed to lose.
